services and FAQs
Q: What do I need to know about picking up supplies?
A: We use a John Deere Skid Loader with a John Deere half yard rated bucket. We can load any open bed truck or trailer. Unfortunately, we are unable to load trucks with toppers/caps/hard tonneau covers or covered/enclosed trailers.
Q: Where will you drop the product on a delivery?
A: In most cases, we will only drop materials (mulch, rock, soil) in your driveway, either on the right or left side.
Q: Do I have to be home when it is delivered?
A: You do NOT have to be home for the delivery. We encourage you to mark your driveway with chalk/masking tape or place a tarp where you would like your material placed if you are not going to be home on your scheduled delivery day.
Q: What time can I schedule my delivery?
A: We will complete all scheduled deliveries daily; however, we cannot give you a set time for your individual delivery due to all the variables that influence the schedule throughout the day. You may request morning, mid-day, or afternoon, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: How much product can I get delivered?
A: We can deliver bulk products to your door or job site with one of our many trucks. Our largest dump trucks can hold up to 13 yards of mulch or up to 12 yards of decorative stone, top soil or gravel. For larger loads, we have the ability to haul 20 yards of rock or 80 yards of mulch by the semi. We also deliver retaining wall block, patio and sidewalk pavers, flagstone and boulders via flatbed semi or straight truck. We can unload the product via moffett forklift and place at the jobsite.
Q: Will you drive on a new driveway or across my lawn?
A: We will NOT drive on any concrete driveway that is less than 1 year old or any new gravel driveways. The customer is responsible for providing instructions to insure we do not drive on the driveway. Weather permitting, we will drive across your yard if we feel the ground is hard enough. We do not go over the curb. We will not be responsible for any damage to your yard.
